Fiscal Software is now able to offer you inexpensive secure remote support.

Sometimes a problem is best resolved by our staff being able to show you what to do, from the comfort of your own office.

If you need this type of support, just ring our support number on 08 9351 8878. We will provide you with a PIN number and ask that you to insert this number into the entry box on our front page.

You will then be asked to RUN a small application from a web server that will allow us to take control of your computer screen and controls. This program is removed once the session is completed.

When connected, you can see exactly what we are doing. At the end of the session, you or the operator can disconnect the remote session, and your computer is back the way it was.

A small fee for service will apply. From the 1st July 2008, the fee will be $25 per 24hr session. This means that should any problem require us to perform multiple sessions to resolve an issue, then you will only be charged the one fee.

Time limits also apply, where any remote session takes more than 20 minutes. Each 15 minute period (or part thereof) after the initial 20 minute session is charged at a further $25.
